Only God Can
God is the only one
who can mend a broken heart,
He can pick up the shattered pieces
when a life falls apart,
He can soften a heart
that is slowly turning to stone,
He can comfort and heal
when the world's left you alone,
He can repair a situation
when you're at your wit's end,
Even with the worst of complications
Jesus can make amends.
Inside, with aching wounds
that hurt too much to bear,
Only God can touch a heart
and sow a miracle there.
