Ten Commandments for Husbands and Fathers

1. I shall not place any woman's needs before my wife's.

2. I shall not look at another woman or comment about another woman's abilities, this includes the abilities of my mother.

3. I shall not bad mouth my wife in public or bring shame to her by my words or actions.

4. I will remember to set aside time for my wife and children.

5. I will honor her parents and mine just as my children must honor my wife and I.

6. I shall honor my wife and show my love for her in front of our children.

7. I shall not commit adultery against my wife.

8. I will meet the needs of my family by working hard and will make my spending habits wise ones.

9. I shall not gossip or exaggerate to my wife or children about anyone or their deeds.

10. I shall not look at someone else's fortune or belongings and strive to achieve the same.
